Well, this is a website of some bloke in Switzerland, namely Oliver Studer, who is also known as “genox” for some.. well, really hard to explain. It’s complicated. :-) I’m a child of the digital age, built my first website sometime in the early/mid nineties and always had an online representation since then. This blog was started around 4 years ago, in 2004 or 2005. Before that, I used my website mostly to make my music available online for free (which I produce myself, don’t get a wrong idea). This website has seen a vast number of redesigns, so many I honestly lost track of counting them. It is one of the reasons I’m doing today what I do: working as a graphic design professional. Working with the web opened my horizon when I was a child and it became my destiny to move around vectors and pixels to pay for my rent. I like technology, especially when it’s userfriendly (that’s why I switched to Mac OSX, hehe) and one could say that I spend a fair amount of time using/working/living on the internet.
With this nerdy background, it’s not a miracle (ok, well, it actually was, hehe) that I met my girlfriend Ahoo on this very blog. Brave new world! You might want to check out what she has to say. It’s interesting. :-)

I am working as a graphic design professional and freelancer and amongst the traditional designing-for-print, I mod all sorts of Web-CMS apps’ templates.
