Transition over

Ok, this isn’t exactly a new design. I just didn’t feel like kicking it already. Also, some people (*hint* you know who you are..) begged me like mad to keep this one. So I ended up converting my existing design to a “Thematic” child-theme. I don’t use most of the supplied CSS, except for the reset.css which saves me some work. Everything else is styled from scratch. Some stuff still needs a little finetuning here and there .. but it should be easier to navigate than the original 2008 design. Also, some info is still missing. Will return soon. Some of the biggest changes include the re-installment of categories. I figured that tags alone are really not enough.. tho it looked much nicer. :P

Also, a special message to Microsoft’s Internet Explorers  < 7: Go **** yourself. This is just ridiculous. I am *not* going to write an extra stylesheet for it, this time around. If the page looks messed up in your browser.. update it, for christs sake.

Oh, and a big THANK YOU to the guys who wrote the s9y-to-wp migration plugin. Works perfect! I already migrated grenchen.net over to WP, which contains about 6’500 articles, worked like a charm.
